Update of the visual identity in accordance with headquarters guidelines, implementation of templates for frequent types of post
Copywriting, management, analytics and growth, including launch of LinkedIn, Threads and YouTube accounts
Coordination with two influencer campaigns on global and regional level
Management of social media ads on Instagram and LinkedIn, in addition to campaign on Erasmus+ opportunities
Design and acquisition of visibility items; roll-ups, banners, stands, table cloths, notebooks, bags...
Graphic design of documents: event posters and invitations, presentations, infographics, annual magazine...
Production of reels, in particular event wrap-ups and testimonies
Production of short videos for advertising on big screen and social media
Oversight of video production by contractors
Coordination of live streaming of hybrid events (e.g. International Forum on Cultural Routes in the Americas, Democracy amid current challenges, Christmas Concert 2023 transmission by SERTV) and organisation of webinars (e.g. Erasmus+ scholarships and projects)
Content creation for the website (Drupal), including different aspects of EU-Panama relations (political, economic, security, democracy, cultural, historic overview, etc.), practical information (visa, scholarships, etc.), project overviews, event summaries...
Drafting of speeches, op-eds and press releases
Press review (weekly) and media clipping (continuous and ad hoc), monitoring of public opinion and disinformation
Relations with the press, including organisation of press conferences, interviews of the Ambassador or high-level visitors from Brussels and meet-ups, a media study tour to Brussels, and contacts database management
Collaboration with the project on Support to media freedom and fight against disinformation in the ADD countries
Annual report on Press and Information activities and foreward planning, including budget
Update of the long-term plan on Strategic Communications, Public Diplomacy and Cultural Relations
Oversight of projects' visibility in accordance with EU Guidelines on communication in external action
Oversight and knowledge transfer to trainees
