Key results: 500+ offers published, Fair with 65 exhibitors and 600+ attendees, 10 workshops, 7 TV episodes, 5 people sent to Erasmus+ exchange
1. Opportunities board and other resources
Coordination of the Opportunities Commission (team of 6 people) for the weekly selection and publication of employment, internships, training, events, volunteering and other opportunities for young people; and design of social media posts
Continous compilation of useful materials, such as list of opportunities databases, information on how to access different EU youth programmes, advice and good practices, list of previous experience of members, CV review service, recommendations for newsletters and other sources, Opportunities Guide
2. Opportunities Fair
Coordination and organisation of the Fair 17-20 March 2022 in a hybrid online and in-person format in 5 cities, as a space for the exchange of information and pairing between young talents and EU institutions, universities, companies and think tanks
Preparation of communications materials including exhibitor brochure, social media posts and final report
3. Europe Connects
Coordination of joint short TV programme with Canal Europa
Selection of topics
Review of episode scripts
Contact with potential speakers
4. Opportunities workshop cycle
Coordination of the cycle of monhtly online workshops with the aim of bringing internships and other offers closer to the youth in an interactive way
Supervision of event “Digital skills for young people in their job search”, supported by the Meet and Code grant from TechSoup Europe
5. Erasmus+ exchange
Coordination with BETA NL for the Erasmus+ grant application and subsequent organisation of Model of European Union 2022
Selection of participants and support before, during and after exchange
