Key results: intranet creation and use by 60% of association members, 156% increase in social media followers in 1 year, professionalisation of content and processes
1. Web design
Creation and maintenance of the official page and a dedicated intranet for members, subsequent revamp in accordance with 2021 brand identity, continous content creation and improvement (e.g. landing pages for Annual Summits)
Monitoring of Google Analytics and Search Console, subsequent replacement with Matomo Analytics as an ethical alternative
Data base management and technical support, tutorials and promotion of use
2. Graphic design
Update of the visual identity, including creation of secondary logos and elaboration of a brand handbook
Document layout (before and after 2021 revamp)
3. Social media management
Templates, posts, stories, whiteboard videos
Participation in the preparation of the Social media plan and the Crisis management plan
Management of the Facebook and YouTube accounts
Implementation of a social media analytics and reporting system
4. Mailing
Database and Mailchimp management including a monthly newsletter (before and after 2021 revamp)
5. Project management
Leadership of the Buddy Programme: application and database management, event management including launch session and monthly group activities
Introduction of a comprehensive feedback system
Leadership of the Working Group European Identity including organisation of a debate on the topic European identity as resilience in times of crisis
Participation in the Working Group on Foreign Policy and the event on Nagorno Karabakh
